Great fix for the “unable to stop” dialogue. While it got a bit better in 7.2 it still happened from time to time on that version. I’m looking forward to using 7.3! Thanks again!

      Hi,
The mentioned bug with “unable to stop” dialog is 7.2 version only bug. If you have observed bugs with this dialog in the previous versions, it’s likely other issue. So if you have it in 7.3 feel free to report us about it.

    Hello!

    Thank you for your software.

I do not know whether here is a good place to report such things, but here I go. I report a cluster of connected problems with version 7.3.1.1334.

The message that says ‘You have to use %DriveLetter% template’ makes little sense. I think that ‘format’ is meant (not ‘template’). Also: when one uses the file-picker to select a file manager, the resulting path does not seem to adhere to that very format. Moreover, the warning (or error?) message did not disappear, leading me to wonder whether the new path had been accepted.

While I am here: it would be nice were the version number copy-pasteable and where _the whole application_ themed.

      Hi Tl,

      1. %DriveLetter% is exactly template, a named variable that is dynamically replaced with a real value. This is a standard terminology in software world, you can find it e.g. in Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Code. “Format” is a structure for something, e.g. JPEG file format.

      2. We don’t put %DriveLetter% when you use file picker because we don’t know how to use it there. E.g. TotalCommander just requires adding a drive letter to open in the end, if you ish to just browse the drive in one of the panes. I encounter other managers they needed to add command line keys before the letter to open

      3. The version number can be copy pasted. When you hover the mouse over the version number on the About page the cursor becomes a pointer. Just click to the version number and it will be placed to the buffer.

Thanks for updating USR! Above you showed a nice icon for ‘Thunderbolt eGPU’, which would also be nice for any Thunderbolt dock. But my TB dock just defaults to a boring USB connector icon, and the above TB eGPU icon is nowhere to be found when trying to manually select it. Did you forget to add it to the program’s icon base?

    • avatar Igor Tkachenko says:

      Techland,
Yes, it’s a great idea, we will add this icon in a closest releases. As well as will rework other icons, they looks a bit outdated now.
