Deleting files at next operating system restart
LockHunter does it best to forcibly delete a file or a folder. But in some cases
Windows doesn’t allow you to delete it even if all connections to the file are closed.
In this case LockHunter offers you to delete the file at next restart of the
operating system. Just choose Other -> Delete At Next Restart menu item…
…restart the computer and the program inform you what files were deleted finally or not.
Displaying more information
When you check “More details” option you can see many hidden details of the
process: process ID, service name (in case if it’s a Windows service) and a
process command line.
Auto check for upgrades
The program now automatically checks for upgrades once in 5 days. Besides you
can check for upgrades manually via “Menu -> Check for updates” menu item.
Multimonitor support
LockHunter now behaves correctly on a multimonitor system, furthermore the program
preserves its coordinates between restarts.
Ability to copy information to clipboard
Just press “Ctrl+C” at a process or a file or right-click and choose
“Copy to clipboard” in order to put all information about the process to the
clipboard.
